1 can of tuna—(or shrimp)
Mayonnaise about (1 T)
Anything else I want in my tuna salad—green onion chopped, celery finely chopped, thin cucumber spears, chives
Japanese seasoning (bonito flakes, sesame seeds)
Toasted nori sheet
Soya sauce
Wasabi
Mix up the tuna, as for tuna salad (you can get as creative as you want), spread on the nori along one edge, roll-up, (wet edge with water). Place seam down—I cut with scissors, into about 5 pieces.
Mix soya sauce and wasabi in a little dish. Pour a little of the Japanese seasoning into another little dish. Dip roll into soya sauce mixture and then into seasoning—enjoy!
