Sliced cold lamb
Half a ruby red grapefruit

Snacks:

Spiced peanuts
Sugar-free dark chocolate

Dinner:

Oven-barbecued Pork "brisket" -- the edges cut off of spare ribs.
Cole Slaw

Beverages:
Tea
Sparkling Water
Dry Red Wine
